Customize your home into your personal gym!

It’s 2019 and one of the most common new year’s resolutions is “working out/ losing weight.” While this is a noble pursuit, it’s often short lived with burnout due to unrealistic goals. So if your gym membership is going to go under-utilized and just going to drain your bank account for eleven months, try these simple and effective exercises at home instead.

Push ups-

Jumping Jack

Start with 10 reps of each exercise and perform in a circuit. Rest for 30 seconds between circuits. Always maintain proper form during exercise, and remember to breathe! When your form fails or breaks on any exercise stop that exercise for the day. Give your body time to adjust and progress slowly.

Don’t be afraid to change the circuit – keep it fresh!
